Personality Test Feedback
As every test the results could be a bit exacted, but that is normal I believe. Still for the test of SOA I can tell that I’m really happy that there are results based on multiple criteria and it is very well structure. I’m glad with the results. The best part is that when something is written in front of you. Even I’m surprised that now I’m more aware of my strongest points and believe it or not I feel way better in my recent interactions. Keep on the good work Damien!
Unsentimental section
I disagree with your unsentimental analysis of the test. I often cannot relate to there experience and I don’t pretend to. I am patient, non-reactionary and understand their point of view. Looking at things logically doesn’t make me insensitive. I gain report very easily.
I do have a big problem with traditional things and this has to do with the analysis of the fundamentals mentioned in the fist section.
In the group oriented section there is also many things wrong. I may observe some social comparisons but I don’t make choices based in them. I find many people have no idea why they do the things they do, so it would be absurd to base myself off of them. I also never confirm my viewpoint. However, I may modify it given new information.
I related to the abstract thinking and open to change sections. The other two sections may have been accurate if I had never done any self-reflection or adaptations in my life.
Interesting though. Thanks.
